I had a warm and cozy room on the top floor. the staff here was wonderful and helpful throughout my stay. the location is great, just a short walk from the church and shops, and the facilities were clean. 😊.

I truly enjoyed to be here, everything was wonderful. The room was tastefully decorated and tidy with heater and bedroom $ 149. It had a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators...

Family-friendly property with helpful staff and handy location to box hill central station. Reasonably spacious and tidy room provided with a sofa and the toaster.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The shower base was broken and covered with rubber mat and bathroom cupboards falling to bits.- Mould and peeling paint as well as roten woood. No fly screens on any windows. And windows not easy to close

Mister and miss cafe, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. The free WiFi was here available. Incredible base for trip in Box Hill...

Motel Maroondah Review: The location on the tram line near Box Hill shops is excellent. It's conveniently next to Box Hill train station, a shopping centre, public transport, fantastic restaurants, two hospitals, and a large technical college with various eateries nearby.

It is close to the Vision Day Surgery. And easy to access from the east where we live. The beds are very comfortable, and the linen is fresh and clean. The hot water is very hot and plentiful. The staff are helpful and friendly.

This motel is very very old. I stayed there 50 years ago, and it is exactly the same, down to the bedspreads! The garden is badly neglected, and the bathrooms are below reasonable standard.

The room was unclean with a used band-aid in cupboard, dirt and hair in bathroom draw, toilet roll was almost empty, light cover was off over sink in bathroom, they charged more for breakfast to what was on website and also what was listed in room..and then charged my credit card the morning after the arrival, even though the room and breakfast was paid for via a debit card on arrival, and refund took two days.

This hotel offered convenient onsite parking, excellent service, and the rooms on the top level were beautifully decorated and spacious.

It was very old, the stairs up to our room are a public liability waiting to happen!!! The power point in the bathroom looked extremely unsafe, the bathroom was unclean to the point that I wore my thongs in the shower. There was previous guests hair in the bed & pillows!!!!!! The whole place needs major renovations, or pull it down and start over again, as the location is the only thing it has going for it!!

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are attentive and provide excellent service. The basic amenities provided are satisfactory, and the rooms on the upper level have comfortable beds and good air conditioning.

Everything was perfect for a short stay, with Kingsley Gardens nearby and a great dining option at Miss Korea BBQ just 700 feet away.

The only thing I liked about the motel was the location in relation to where we wanted to go.

I thought the motel was about 30 years out of date, dirty, unclean (mound in bathroom and on window sills), and needed maintenance. The TVs were old.

Close to a variety of shops and transport options. the motel is close to a shopping centre which made it easy for shopping trips. the room was very clean and well, maintained, with great amenities such as a well, functioning air, con system. the bathroom had plenty of hot water and good shower pressure, allowing me to relax after a long day.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and could use a bit of improvement to ensure a better night's sleep.
